1. Onboarding

Week 1

Kickoff workshop, access provisioning, environment setup, first sprint planning. The team gets familiar with the current codebase and business context.

2. Architecture

Weeks 2–3

Target architecture design (C4 diagrams), tech stack decisions, migration plan relative to the current system.

3. Delivery sprints

Months 1–5

Two-week sprints, weekly demos, continuous production releases. Each sprint ends with working, tested features shipped to staging.

4. QA and rollout

Months 5–6

Full regression testing, security audit, load testing, zero-downtime production rollout. Post-launch monitoring for 2 weeks.

5. Optimization

From month 6

Performance optimisation, cost reduction, new features. Contract continues month-to-month, cancellable at any time.

How big is the team that works on my project?

Baseline: 1 architect, 1 PM, 2–3 senior engineers (backend + frontend), with DevOps as needed. Team size is scaled to the sprint velocity you need.

Who owns the code and the IP?

Code and IP ownership depends on the model you choose. If the code and IP become yours (committed to your own GitHub organisation, full source handover), it's priced at a premium. If the relevant parts stay with Nortinia — so we can reuse them across other projects — we offer more favourable pricing. The code of our packaged products (e.g. the Netorigo engine, AI modules) is not transferred: those are licensable only, with custom extensions built on top when needed.
