Nortinia today made the new generation of Nortinia AI Chat available, breaking once and for all with the "ask-a-bot" genre. From now on the website does not reply — it acts: the visitor says a single sentence, and the AI opens the requested product on screen in real time, compares it against the alternatives, presents it, adds it to the cart, reserves it and walks the visitor through the whole process. And the headline feat: the very same AI also joins on a phone call — as it speaks, the website moves visually in step with the caller. Nortinia claims that, in commercial use, no one else currently offers this capability.

A real example. "I'm looking for an audio system for a meeting room of 40." The website does not throw a list of links: it opens the right product, highlights it, compares it against two alternatives in a table, explains the difference, then — on the visitor's approval — adds it to the cart and reserves it, in seconds, traceable on screen. If the visitor would rather call, they ring the Nortinia AI: the same voice, the same knowledge — and meanwhile the website moves along with them, showing exactly what they are talking about.
