Yes. SZÉP-card acceptance is built into both the box office and the online storefront — Lunda tracks revenue split per SZÉP wallet (catering, leisure, lodging) so the NAV report is one click away.
How does Lunda handle group tickets?
A group ticket lives as a single booking with NFC wristbands for each member. The cashier issues all wristbands in one click and the turnstile lets them in individually — if one person leaves or no-shows, the system flags exactly that.
How is guest data and NAV sync handled?
Lunda is GDPR-compliant with EU-region data storage and redundant backups. Invoices sync automatically to NAV’s online invoice system, and guests receive their invoice via an emailed QR-code link.
