How people use it

Monthly pass and returning guest

A monthly pass lasts 30 days with unlimited weekday entry and a discounted wellness surcharge. The guest gets an NFC card and Lunda deducts each entry automatically — on day 30 the pass expires and the system emails an offer to renew.

Annual pass and regular guest

An annual pass runs for a full calendar year, with a regular-guest discount on adjacent services (sauna, massage, parking). Lunda tracks usage, prompts the owner in month 11 to renew and can export a monthly usage breakdown.

Family and group pass

A family pass covers entries for 2 adults + 3 children on a single invoice but with separate NFC cards. The system logs who entered and when, so the family’s monthly usage is easy to scan — renewal next month is one click.

Corporate quota and employee access

A corporate quota covers 200 monthly entries that employees draw down individually. HR sees usage on a private portal, issues new cards and revokes access — Lunda bills the company in one consolidated monthly invoice.

What is the NFC card for and do we issue them separately?

The NFC card is the guest’s identifier: pass type, remaining visits, loyalty points and access zones are all bound to the card. The front desk issues it in one click, the card itself is Mifare Classic or DESFire — one card works at every service.

How does it handle corporate and employee passes?

The corporate module gives every company its own portal and quota. HR assigns NFC cards to new hires, the monthly consolidated invoice is generated automatically — and access can be revoked in one click on offboarding.

Can we run a loyalty / regular-guest scheme?

Yes. Loyalty points accrue under a configurable rule (e.g. 1 point per entry, proportional to spend) and can be redeemed as a coupon or applied as an automatic discount. Guests see their balance on their own portal.

How do family pass share rules work?

Family pass members each receive their own NFC card under one shared invoice. The system logs entries per person, daily and monthly — the pass holder can revoke a child’s card and request a new one in a single click on their portal.
