Can it handle bookings across multiple courts at once?
Yes. Per-court booking is core to Lunda: every court has its own calendar, its own pricing and its own booking rules. A single booking can span multiple courts (e.g. the whole hall) and the system auto-locks the affected time blocks.
How does instructor / coach management work?
Every instructor has their own calendar where they set availability — guests can only book genuinely free slots. Hourly rate, commission and the monthly settlement are calculated automatically; instructors log in to see their week and their monthly pay.
Can it manage group sessions and team bookings?
Yes. Group sessions support attendee caps, signup deadlines and cancellation policies. Per-club booking quotas come with shared login and invoicing — the club lead sees the weekly bookings and the next monthly quota on their portal.
Will it integrate with our existing POS and invoicing?
Yes. Common online fiscal printers are supported out of the box and NAV online invoicing runs automatically. For custom hardware or accounting software, import/export and webhooks take 1-2 days to wire up.
