An event organiser opens a 2-week presale with tiered pricing, group discounts and press accreditation. Lunda accepts payments via SimplePay, issues QR-code tickets and lets guests in by barcode scanner on-site — every step in one system.

Sports event and league round

A sports event sells presale tickets by stand and seat. Lunda shows capacity in real time, exchanges tickets for NFC wristbands at the gate, and no-show stats feed back into the capacity plan for the next match.

Exhibition and museum

An exhibition sells time-slot tickets with family, student and group discounts. Lunda’s live capacity tracking auto-locks oversold slots and offers guests the next available one — and the queue no longer spills onto the street.

Will it integrate with our POS / fiscal printer and invoicing?

Yes. Common Hungarian online fiscal printers are supported out of the box and NAV online invoice sync is automatic. For custom hardware Lunda’s REST API + webhooks take 1-2 days to integrate.

What does SimplePay cost and is a separate contract needed?

SimplePay (OTP Mobil) fees are billed at SimplePay’s current rate directly between you and them — Lunda adds no markup. You sign the SimplePay contract yourself, Lunda provides and activates the technical integration.

What barcode / NFC scanner hardware do we need?

Lunda works with the common USB / Bluetooth QR and barcode scanners (Honeywell, Zebra, Datalogic) and with Mifare Classic / DESFire NFC turnstile systems. For lightweight rollouts smartphone QR scanning is enough; at the gate ProControl and Smartif terminals are integrated.

How does NAV sync and e-invoicing work?

Every sale is automatically posted to the NAV online invoice system, and guests receive their invoice via a QR-code link. Lunda tracks NAV standard changes; settings live on your tenant configuration screen.
