A 2000-person company starts an HR strategy transformation. The software maps the existing culture index, builds a competency model per role and surfaces capability gaps on the leadership dashboard — giving the HR leader real baseline data for a 6-month roadmap.
Post-merger integration
In a merger, culture clash is the biggest risk. The platform measures the culture index of both sides in parallel, and the integration team sees where they diverge (e.g. feedback style, decision speed), enabling a targeted action plan.

A company wants a 5-year succession plan for critical roles to reduce key-person risk. The software flags top-3 successors per key role from the competency model and builds a career path from junior to the target role.

Are 360-degree and culture-survey responses anonymous?
Yes. Responses are anonymous by default and results only surface in aggregates ≥ 4 respondents (smaller teams are merged or hidden). Individual responses never reach managers or HR — only statistical aggregates do.
Can the competency and career data integrate with our HRIS?
Yes. BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Personio and HiBob are natively supported. Competency status, career milestones and succession plans sync bidirectionally. For a custom HRIS, REST + webhook integration is available.
Which languages does the system support?
The UI ships in 14 languages (HU, EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, PT, NL, PL, CZ, RO, SK, HR, SR). The AI coach speaks 50+ languages depending on the backing LLM. In multi-region organisations every employee receives content in their own language.
Can an external consultant manage their own client portfolio on the platform?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant, so a consultancy can manage culture and competency projects for multiple clients from one account while each client sees only their own isolated tenant. A separate licence model is available for advisory partners.
