What it does
How people use it
Internal training programs
The HR org runs 12-15 internal training programs per year — leadership, soft-skill, technical. The platform’s course builder assembles each program consistently, AI grades exams and the cohort dashboard shows knowledge transfer progress per team.
Partner training
A company trains the sales reps of 60 partner firms on product knowledge. The platform runs partner-specific variants (limited to each partner’s product portfolio), AI exams certify reps, and on success the partner CRM auto-grants sales authorisation.
Customer onboarding (product training)
A SaaS company trains new customers on its own product. The platform delivers the basics in a 6-8 module course, an AI tutor answers questions 24/7, and once completed customer success schedules a higher-touch strategic consultation.
Certification management
A professional body (e.g. PMI, ITIL) issues annual certificates to members. The platform auto-issues the certificate after a successful exam, with expiry dates and a renewal flow — the member database and certificate status stay in sync.
Frequently asked
Does it support SCORM if we want to take content to another LMS?
Yes. The platform supports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (4th edition) import/export, as well as xAPI (TinCan) statement-bus integration. Courses are portable to any SCORM-compatible LMS.
What video file sizes and formats are supported?
Up to 5 GB per file in MP4, MOV, WebM and AVI. The platform auto-transcodes to streaming-friendly variants (HLS / DASH) and can generate captions / transcripts automatically — playback stays smooth on mobile and desktop.
How reliable is the AI exam grading on open-ended questions?
Open-ended answers are graded in three layers: (1) semantic similarity to the model answer, (2) factual check against the source material, (3) rubric-based scoring. Depending on the question’s sensitivity, items can be auto-routed to human review.
How does it handle language differences in multi-region training?
A single course can carry multiple language variants with a shared structure — variants differ in source content but exam results, certificates and progress reports aggregate globally. The platform UI ships in 14 languages and the AI tutor speaks 50+.
