Warehouse management system (WMS) — accurate stock, fast logistics
Netorigo WMS provides bin-level stock, optimised picking/packing flows and FIFO/LIFO/FEFO rules — batch tracking, expiry alerts and cycle counting built in. Validated from pharma distribution to fast-fashion logistics, with native ERP integration and frequent mobile inventories.
What it does
How people use it
Fast-fashion logistics
A fast-fashion brand runs weekly new drops with seasonal phase-outs and rapid returns. Netorigo WMS handles new arrivals at bin level, uses wave-based picking for store replenishment and applies a FEFO rule to clear old seasonal stock — markdown losses drop measurably.
Pharmaceutical distribution
Pharma distribution demands strict batch, lot and expiry tracking. The WMS stores quality status and expiry per line, picks by FEFO and surfaces pre-expiry alerts — the GDP audit is one click away.
Food logistics
Food distribution mixes refrigerated and dry goods in a zoned warehouse. Netorigo WMS picks with zone-specific rules (cold last), tracks lines at batch level and issues by FEFO — the cold chain stays intact.
Dropshipping centre
A dropshipping centre handles small, mixed-packaging orders with thousands of shipments per day. The WMS uses cart-based picking, auto-packs and prints carrier label sets — pick accuracy and packages-per-hour both improve.
Frequently asked
Does it integrate with our existing ERP?
Yes. Netorigo WMS speaks SAP, MS Dynamics 365 BC/F&O and NetSuite natively, with bidirectional sync at both master-data and transaction level. For custom ERPs, REST + webhook integration typically takes 5-10 working days.
Can it handle multi-zone, multi-level warehouses?
Yes. The warehouse model supports any zone, aisle, rack and level structure with bin-level capacity and weight/volume control. Multiple buildings and floors can be modelled as separate zones or distinct warehouses.
Which barcode and RF device types are supported?
Zebra (TC, MC series), Honeywell (CT, CN series) and Datalogic industrial Android terminals are natively supported. EAN-13, Code-128, QR and Data Matrix codes are read out of the box. RFID is an optional module paired with UHF readers.
Is there a minimum warehouse size below which it is not worth deploying?
We run live deployments from 200 m² warehouses up to 30 000 m². Smaller sites usually justify the move with accurate stock and FEFO; larger ones with picking efficiency and zoning. A free pre-assessment lets us issue a deployment proposal tailored to your site.
