Cloud ERP — automatic updates, scaling and data security
Netorigo Cloud ERP is a 100% cloud deployment where automatic updates, on-demand scaling and EU-grade data security come built in. Multi-region deployment in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, geo-redundancy on critical data, and three full environments (dev / staging / prod) for every customer. API-first architecture with a documented webhook layer — integrates with any other system.
What it does
How people use it
Globally distributed team
A company spread across 5 continents has no reason to run its own server — Netorigo Cloud ERP's autoscaler absorbs the time-zone-shaped load. The Hungarian, Brussels, New York and Sydney teams see the same system with the same performance.
Multi-region customer base
An EU-wide B2C brand serves German, French and Scandinavian customers. Netorigo's multi-region deployment uses both Frankfurt and Amsterdam data centres at once, so French end-users don't suffer latency and GDPR compliance is in order in every zone.
Startup fast scaling
A 6-month-old startup starts with 10 customers per month and hits 5,000 within 18 months. Netorigo Cloud ERP absorbs the 500x traffic growth with no infrastructure rework — the customer only pays the higher tier, with no engineering reallocation.
Managed enterprise customer
An 800-person enterprise customer asks for ERP infrastructure as a service, with no in-house DevOps team. Netorigo Cloud ERP's managed tier delivers full 24/7 monitoring, SLA and incident response, and the IT lead works with a single contractual interface.
Frequently asked
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Amsterdam) by default, in a GDPR-compliant way. Geo-redundancy is available: transactional data lives in two regions simultaneously, so a region-level outage does not impact business. We can provision a dedicated data centre for highly regulated industries on request.
Can data be exported to another system?
Yes. A full export is available at any time from Netorigo Cloud ERP — in structured formats (CSV, JSON, XML), as well as a standard SQL dump. A continuous streaming export can also run via the REST API + webhook layer. After contract close-out, the full data remains downloadable for a 30-day grace period.
What is the system uptime SLA?
The standard SLA is 99.9% annual uptime, allowing ~43 minutes of downtime per month. On the enterprise (managed) tier we commit to 99.95% SLA with a dedicated incident team and 30-minute reaction time. SLA breaches earn service credits, as specified in the contract.
How much vendor lock-in is there? How can we exit?
Netorigo lock-in is deliberately low: data exports in standard formats, integrations run via a documented REST API, and the shared codebase is containerised — on-prem deployment is possible if needed. Our goal is to live off customer trust, not off exit cost.
