Which LLM model does Netorigo AI ERP use?
Netorigo AI ERP is multi-model: by default we choose between Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT based on task type, with endpoints and data policy aligned to the customer's preference. On-prem Mistral / Llama is also possible if the data handling requirement calls for it.
Where is the data processed by AI stored?
Customer data stays in an EU data centre by default (Frankfurt or Amsterdam). AI query content is never used for model training, and we choose the EU region at the LLM provider too where available. In an on-prem configuration, data never leaves the customer's server.
Who/what does the AI output, and how is it verifiable?
Every AI response includes the source (record, report, transaction) it drew on — the user can verify the underlying data in one click. The full query history lives in an audit log, so leadership, compliance and auditors can walk through the decision-support chain after the fact.
Can the AI run fully on-prem?
Yes. With on-prem AI, Netorigo installs a dedicated inference server (typically GPU-based) and we run open models like Mistral, Llama or similar. Data never leaves the customer's infrastructure — this is particularly compelling for finance, healthcare and defence sector customers.
